What you\'ll be doing:
- Build and manage a lean team of elite P&C producers supported by embedded engineering
- Own recruiting & hiring top talent from insurance, tech sales, and finance backgrounds
- Create scalable playbooks that work across different producer backgrounds
- Drive performance management - review calls, coach teams, ensure consistent execution
- Handle deal intervention - step in to save deals and close when needed
What they\'re looking for:
- 5+ years crushing it in commercial insurance sales yourself
- Experience building, managing or leading P&C producer teams
- Proven track record scaling sales operations from early stage
- Can close deals - you\'re the person they call when a big deal is going sideways

- Built an independent agency from the ground up
- Led sales at a high-growth insurance company
