Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Head of Sales - Commercial Insurance Disruptor $200K-$350K OTE + 0.5-1% Equity Experience: 5+ years Commercial Insurance sales We are working with one of the fastest-growing commercial insurance brokerages in the market. They have grown from 5 customers with $2K monthly premium to over 3,000 insurers with $3M monthly premium in 18 months. What you\'ll be doing: Build and manage a lean team of elite P&C producers supported by embedded engineering Own recruiting & hiring top talent from insurance, tech sales, and finance backgrounds Create scalable playbooks that work across different producer backgrounds Drive performance management - review calls, coach teams, ensure consistent execution Handle deal intervention - step in to save deals and close when needed What they\'re looking for: 5+ years crushing it in commercial insurance sales yourself Experience building, managing or leading P&C producer teams Proven track record scaling sales operations from early stage Can close deals - you\'re the person they call when a big deal is going sideways Perfect background: Scaled a producer team at a brokerage, MGA, or carrier Built an independent agency from the ground up Led sales at a high-growth insurance company Not a fit if: You need perfect processes before you can operate You want to manage from a distance You\'ve only worked at established companies with unlimited resources Meals covered while at work Development budget and flexible PTO Real equity upside in a proven, scaling business Interested?
