Overview

Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Reiter Affiliated Companies. Location: Oxnard, CA. Work Mode: On-site. Travel Requirement: Up to 10% of the time, domestic and international.

Base pay range
$196,600.00/yr - $228,000.00/yr

What you’ll do

• Lead financial planning efforts including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic modeling.
• Serve as a trusted partner to executives, offering clear, actionable financial insights for key decisions.
• Drive cost optimization, scenario analysis, and strategic investment reviews to maximize value.
• Own performance reporting, develop KPIs, and support board-level financial communication.
• Champion transformation by modernizing tools, processes, and systems—enhancing agility and impact.
• Oversee BI&A, ensuring real-time, visualized insights across teams and high-integrity data governance.
• Develop and implement a company-wide KPI framework and executive dashboards (Power BI preferred).
• Lead custom projects in M&A, strategic modeling, ROI analysis, pricing strategies, and more.

Who we are looking for

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, including 3+ in leadership roles (global scope preferred)
• Expertise in financial systems and tools: SAP, Anaplan, Oracle, Power BI
• Exceptional skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic communication
• Strong grasp of automation, transformation frameworks, and data governance
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels and functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred
