Senior Sales Specialist - Wealth at LSEG. Wealth Solutions Sales Specialist in the Americas engaging North American based clients and actively hunting and growing new business to achieve revenue targets. Collaborates with Account Managers to deliver the full suite of LSEG products, with primary responsibility for front office workflow (desktop) solutions. Leads engagements aligned to Wealth Management clients within a defined territory and partners with internal teams to drive gross sales and revenue. Develops opportunities and growth within the territory.

This role reports to the Director of Wealth Solutions Sales in the Americas and is part of the broader team delivering the full value proposition of LSEG.

Responsibilities

  • Structure, negotiate and close deals. Advance opportunities through sales stages, manage administrative requests (proposals, benchmark calculators, Salesforce tasks) to progress toward sales goals efficiently.
  • Build and develop strong internal relationships with Account Managers and other key partners.
  • Develop territory sales strategy to identify opportunities and achieve targets. Seek new business or new product sales through new account acquisition and/or penetration of new buyer hubs; deliver against target in assigned territory.
  • Conduct high-efficiency prospecting; collaborate with lead-gen, account management, and other colleagues to ensure constant coverage of expansion opportunities and participation in the customer lifecycle.
  • Provide Wealth insights and share Refinitiv / LSEG thought leadership with customers. Demonstrate domain expertise and connect with the client organization to unlock opportunities.
  • Deliver customer demonstrations on Wealth products to customers and prospects; think through customer workflows to leverage solutions selling and cross-business deals to enhance contract value.

Qualifications And Experience Required

  • 5+ years of industry, sales or market experience selling desktop/fintech solutions
  • Proven track record in a quota-bearing sales environment
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and customers\' business models and workflows
  • Strong sales closer with consultative selling and relationship skills
  • Creative thinker with solid sales ideation abilities
  • Excellent presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to organize and implement a sales plan
  • Executive presence

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary for this position is $111,300 - $185,500. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. Eligible for variable incentive compensation. Individual salary reflects job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. LSEG benefits include health care, retirement planning, paid time off, and other programs.
