Key Job Details - Michigan Healthcare Jobs Job Title: Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse - Orthopedics (Nights) Location: Saginaw, Michigan (48607) Employment Type: Travel Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg - Orthopedics Healthcare Setting: Hospital - Med/Surg Unit (with potential float to Med/Surg/PCU units) Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:15 AM) Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed) Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 9/15/2025 - End: 12/15/2025) Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend On-Call: No call required Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification (AHA required) Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience Orthopedics nursing experience required Recent travel nurse experience highly preferred Ability to float to other Med/Surg/PCU units as needed Submission of work history, current skills checklist (within 1 year), and two supervisory references (within last 2 years) RN Responsibilities - Clinical Support Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures Accurately document nursing assessments and care plans in patient charts Oversee and delegate aspects of patient care to unit staff Monitor and evaluate patient responses to care, updating plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Float to other Med/Surg/PCU units as required Apply now to join our healthcare team and take the next step in your Michigan nursing career!
