HR/Recruiting Specialist

A community-focused financial institution is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to lead and manage full-cycle recruitment initiatives. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to develop strategies that attract a diverse and qualified talent pool, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job description development to candidate onboarding Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and craft effective job postings Source candidates through job boards, networking, and recruitment events Screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and guide hiring managers through the selection process Recommend salary offers and start dates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers Maintain compliance with employment regulations and internal policies Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment sessions Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 3+ years of recruitment experience required; full-cycle recruitment strongly preferred HR certification and/or SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential is a plus Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite Seniority level
