ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to manage employees at our Sand and Gravel site. In this key role, you will oversee safety and environmental performance, production, and cost control to ensure optimal site operations.
This is a full-time position at the Stringtown Plant, where your leadership will directly impact our team and operations.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Actively communicate with the sand and gravel crew, including plant operators, loader operators, and laborers.
Supervise on-site activities to optimize production and efficiency.
Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demands.
Coordinate safety measures and investigate incidents alongside the safety department.
Commit to enhancing and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies, while promoting a strong culture of safety among all team members.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Preferred Education:
High School diploma or GED Professional Experience (Required):
Minimum of 5 years experience in the aggregate industry with supervisory or lead experience. Additional Requirements: Candidates must strictly adhere to safety protocols and utilize Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). This includes being clean-shaven for those required to wear respirators to ensure effective fit testing.
