Carease Health is seeking a dedicated
Regional Manager
to oversee facilities across the Massachusetts region. This role requires
daily travel to facilities in your region
and a hands-on approach to ensuring that all three of our core services —
RPM ,
APCM , and
COCM
— are being delivered seamlessly at each site we serve. Responsibilities
Travel daily to facilities within your assigned region Ensure proper delivery of Carease Health’s 3 core services:
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) ,
Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) , and
Collaborative Care (CoCM) Act as the main point of contact for Administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), and facility leadership Provide training, coaching, and support to staff on workflows and compliance Track performance through compliance dashboards and escalate issues as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with facilities to ensure service satisfaction Collaborate with other Regional Managers and leadership to align on best practices Qualifications
Healthcare operations or long-term care experience preferred Ability to travel daily across the Massachusetts region Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Tech-friendly (Google Sheets, dashboards, reporting systems) Driven, professional, and a strong team player What We Offer
