Manage all phases of toxic tort, habitability and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery. Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Demonstrate strong research and writing skills in support of cases. Assist with matters across state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation. Qualifications
Admitted to the California Bar is required. 1 to 7 years of experience in toxic tort, habitability and environmental litigation. Strong research and writing skills. Salary
Minimum Salary USD 135,000.00/Yr. - Maximum Salary USD 180,000.00/Yr. Employment details
