Decision-making: Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions. Design and execute A/B tests to optimize features and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in product management or adjacent roles, particularly in fast-growing environments, with a track record of improving CX and impacting revenue.

Customer-first mindset: Strong commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that increase satisfaction and revenue.

Strategic decision-making: Ability to balance long-term objectives with immediate wins, using data and judgment to guide teams.

Bias for action: Empathetic, well-organized, and capable of delivering results while applying first-principles thinking.

Communication and collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, build trust, and influence without formal authority.

If you don’t meet every criterion, you may still be a strong fit. We value candidates who are excited to join the team.
