Senior Product Manager

Position Overview

FinQore is redefining how CFOs and finance teams operate in an AI-first world. As a Services-as-a-Software company, we deliver a fully managed financial-data platform that automates the work required to build and maintain a company’s Revenue & Customer Cube, equipping private-equity-backed businesses with exit-ready data every day. Recognized by Gartner as a Cool Vendor in AI for Finance, we blend high-touch service with deep automation. Our AI Financial Analyst reconciles and harmonizes revenue, customer, and product data so finance leaders can act with confidence. We’re hiring FinQore’s first Senior Product Manager to lead the transition from founder-led product management to a scalable, customer-obsessed product function. Reporting to the Head of Engineering (and partnering closely with the Cofounders, CTO and CEO), you’ll own the roadmap end-to-end, work hand-in-hand with customers, Onboarding/Services, GTM, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Success, and ship AI-powered, automation-first features that delight users and drive measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Own Product Strategy & Roadmap (AI-First):

Define and execute a clear product strategy that advances FinQore’s

system of work

for the Office of the CFO, prioritizing features that leverage

Automation, Agents, and AI

to remove manual effort and increase decision velocity. Customer Discovery & Outcomes:

Run continuous discovery (interviews, shadowing onboarding calls, usability sessions), translate insights into crisp PRDs/specs, and iterate toward outcomes (not outputs). Anchor roadmap decisions on customer value and business impact. Cross-Functional Leadership:

Drive tight alignment across

Onboarding, Implementation & Services ,

GTM (Sales/Marketing) ,

Finance ,

Engineering , and

Customer Success

to ensure seamless handoffs, launch readiness, and measurable adoption. Ship Fast, Measure, Iterate:

Scope and sequence initiatives, define MVPs, manage trade-offs, and partner with Engineering to deliver on time with quality. Instrument features, analyze usage, and run experiments to improve activation and stickiness. AI, Agents & Automation:

Identify high-leverage opportunities to

embed agents and workflow automation

(internal and customer-facing) that reduce time-to-value, lower cost-to-serve, and improve data quality, favoring tech over headcount where sensible. Voice-of-Customer Programs:

Engage directly with

CFOs and finance leaders , run betas/early-access, and channel insights from our

Onboarding/Services

motion. Contribute to customer advisory activities to refine roadmap and packaging. Launch & Enablement:

Partner with GTM to craft narratives, pricing/packaging input, release notes, sales enablement, and in-product education that drive

adoption, expansion, and NRR . Product Operating System:

Establish lightweight, scalable product practices (prioritization, discovery/validation, backlog hygiene, quarterly planning) that fit a

lean, mighty

team. Success Metrics (examples)

Adoption & Value:

Activation rate, time-to-first-insight (TTFI), time-to-value (TTV), weekly active users, feature adoption Business Impact:

Expansion-influenced pipeline, GRR/NRR lift, cost-to-serve reduction, data accuracy & SLA adherence Qualifications

5+ years

of product management experience in SaaS; shipped products that moved

adoption, retention, or revenue

(outcomes > output). Customer-obsessed with strong discovery chops; exceptional PRD/spec writing and

executive-ready communication . AI-forward mindset ; familiarity with LLM-powered products, agents, or automation patterns (hands-on experience is a plus, not required). Comfortable with

data products and pipelines

(concepts like ETL/ELT, warehouse/lakehouse, data modeling; tools familiarity such as dbt, Snowflake, DuckDB, Postgres is a plus). Adept at

cross-functional leadership

build a tight partnership with Engineering, Services/Onboarding, GTM, and Customer Success. Analytical and metrics-driven; fluent with product analytics (e.g., Amplitude/Mixpanel/Heap), experimentation, and dashboarding. Bonus: Experience in

finance/SaaS metrics

(ARR, NRR, revenue waterfalls), ERP/FP&A/BI adjacency, or working with CFO personas at mid-market/PE-backed companies (~$25M–$500M revenue). What We Offer
