General Manager
to lead day-to-day operations and drive overall success. This is a dynamic opportunity to take full ownership of restaurant performance, including staff leadership, guest satisfaction, financial management, and operational efficiency. As General Manager, you'll lead both front and back-of-house teams, create a positive and energized work culture, and ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality, memorable experience. You’ll also play a critical role in staff development, process optimization, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and profitable business Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team across FOH and BOH Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that aligns with company values Ensure outstanding guest experiences through hands-on leadership and attention to detail Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and P&L oversight Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Drive operational excellence by streamlining service flow and implementing best practices Skills and Experience
Proven success in a General Manager or senior leadership role in a high-volume restaurant Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style Demonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and maintain brand standards Deep understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and inventory control Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
