Head of Capital Markets
to lead institutional fundraising and build a scalable distribution function. This senior leadership role is responsible for raising capital across institutional investors, credit funds, and private wealth channels while supporting innovative approaches to financial product design and capital access. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in raising capital for infrastructure, structured finance, or private market vehicles, and is eager to apply that expertise in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. By streamlining transaction processes and leveraging technology-enabled workflows, they reduce friction in capital markets and expand access to high-quality investment opportunities. Their mission is to simplify and scale the financing of clean infrastructure in line with the distributed nature of the assets themselves. Key Responsibilities
Lead capital formation strategies across institutional LPs, credit funds, family offices, and private wealth channels Manage full-cycle investor engagement including origination, diligence, structuring, and closing Build and lead a high-performing team focused on fundraising and investor relations Design and execute capital strategies for private investment vehicles, co-investments, and new product formats Work closely with internal teams including finance, legal, and product to align fundraising strategy with vehicle design Represent the platform at investor summits, advisory panels, and key industry events Partner with executive leadership to inform broader company strategy Qualifications
10+ years of experience in capital formation, investment banking, structured credit, or private market fundraising Proven success raising capital for infrastructure, energy, or real asset strategies Familiarity with fund structures, separate managed accounts, and institutional diligence requirements Demonstrated ability to manage investor relationships from introduction through close Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with legal, compliance, finance, and product teams Interest in capital markets innovation including technology-enabled or decentralized solutions FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 79 preferred (or willingness to obtain) Seniority level
