Join our team as the Vice President of Tax Strategy, where you will spearhead the formulation and implementation of innovative corporate tax strategies. Your role is critical in ensuring compliance and optimizing planning across diverse tax areas, including federal and multi-state income tax, ASC 740 provisions, and M&A due diligence. You will have the opportunity to mentor and lead a dynamic team while driving modernization in our tax processes and systems. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with finance, IT, treasury, and operations teams, while also effectively communicating with executive leadership and the Board. We seek a hands-on leader with a people-first philosophy committed to fostering an inclusive work environment. Travel Percent Less than 10% Qualifications
At least 12 years of progressive tax experience, including a tenure at a Big 4 firm and exposure within a publicly traded company. Expertise in federal and multi-state tax compliance and provisions, with a strong background in ASC 740. Proven experience in transactional tax work, particularly M&A due diligence. Exceptional leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives independently and influence at the executive level. Experience in international tax, especially relating to Canadian operations, is a plus. Hands-on experience in tax technology implementation will be considered advantageous. Functions
