Overview

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team and drive successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform, excellent analytical skills, and proven experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Responsibilities

Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes. Own relationships with project stakeholders to identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements. Collaborate with the Platform Support Team to develop release estimates, understand business and test requirements, and support implementation. Translate technical complexities into clear communication for project stakeholders to ensure informed design decisions. Lead and facilitate business process review efforts to evaluate, optimize, and document requirements. Conduct requirements elicitation and develop traceable documentation to support design and testing activities. Gather and analyze critical information from stakeholders and produce useful reports. Document process reviews, communicate optimization strategies, and present findings to stakeholders and management. Effectively conduct meetings and workshops to share insights and drive consensus across diverse teams. Ensure solutions meet business needs and align with organizational objectives. Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience performing functions as a Business Analyst. Strong technical foundation and working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLCs) including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall. Proficient analytical skills with the ability to identify downstream implications. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading requirements gathering, business process reviews, and improvement initiatives. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Strong ability to develop and maintain productive stakeholder relationships across technical, business, and management teams. Location
