Servicenow Ham/Sam Asset Analyst
Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and analytical ServiceNow HAM/SAM Asset Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role will focus on evaluating and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, documenting processes, and supporting the development of scalable, user-friendly solutions aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements for new requests and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document system improvements. Develop implementation plans and support change management efforts. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and usability. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Conduct testing for functionality, performance, and security. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in process documentation and user training. Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly the ITAM module. Solid understanding of ITIL best practices. Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required. 35 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or IT project coordination. Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms; familiarity with ITAM module preferred. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. Proficiency in process documentation, user training, and change management. Technical skills including data analysis, system testing, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator are a plus. Experience working in agile or cross-functional team environments.
