Customer Tech - Salesforce Solution Architect - Senior - Tech Consulting - Open Location
at EY. This role focuses on delivering Salesforce.com implementations and leading client projects from discovery through deployment. You will be the main client contact to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget in a rapidly growing Salesforce practice. Responsibilities
Define and execute deliverables with efficiency Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement economics reports Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead Travel is required based on client needs; maintain chargeability with billable hours to external clients Qualifications and Skills
A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field Experience typically 2-4 years in a relevant field, implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5+ people, with hands-on experience with configuration and customization Familiar with relational database concepts Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable leading conversations with audiences at all levels Salesforce.com certification(s) and extensive Salesforce knowledge (CRM, integration, API usage, AppExchange, and related tools) Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, approvals, and development collaboration Ability to lead solution design of the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and future state Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration with developers for custom code or data migration requirements Ability to create and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Risk identification and mitigation, change management support Agile delivery methodologies; proficiency with application development tools Systems integration experience; problem-solving and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel as required Ideal/Preferred Qualifications
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred What We Look For
