Salesforce Solution Architect – Senior. The Salesforce practice drives enterprise Salesforce.com implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you will become the main contact person for the client to manage their project to ensure it is delivered on-time and on-budget. You will lead development and integration of user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms using standard tools and agile methodologies to deliver solutions that drive revenue generation. Responsibilities
Define and execute deliverables with efficiency Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement economics Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead Travel is required based on client needs; maintain a chargeability level with billable hours to external clients Qualifications
A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field Experience typically 2-4 years in a relevant field, implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5+ people, hands-on with configuration and customizations Familiarity with relational database concepts Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to travel to meet client demand Salesforce.com certifications Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and APIs; experience with integration and data migration Agile delivery methodologies Desired/Ideal
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s preferred Consulting experience and relevant certifications What We Look For
