Job Description:
Blue Water Thinking is seeking an Integration Architect to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. This role leads integration planning and IT project management, ensuring seamless interoperability and compliance with program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, design, and integration of enterprise IT systems
Manage IT-related projects using lifecycle and project management methodologies
Track costs, schedules, and performance progress across workstreams
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program success
Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to support deployment and interoperability
Qualifications:
10+ years of professional work experience
Experience managing information technology–related projects
Strong background in lifecycle and project management methodologies
Skilled in cost, schedule, and performance tracking with risk management expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related field (or +8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred:
VA experience
Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000
