$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Design on-trend, wearable dress collections for teens/young women Research fabrics, colors, market trends, and competitors Create detailed tech packs, sketches, CADs, and colorways Source materials suitable for mass-market fashion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals for cost, quality, and delivery Attend fittings and refine designs for optimal fit Present concepts to senior leaders and partners Use feedback and sales data to guide design updates Qualifications
Degree in Fashion Design or related field 5+ years in Juniors fashion, ideally with dress experience Strong CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop skills Excellent knowledge of garment construction and fabrics Commercial mindset with strong trend awareness Experience with overseas factories and product development Preferred
Experience with mass retail and department stores Familiarity with PLM systems and spec tools Thrive in a fast-paced design environment Seniority level
