Overview
The San Diego office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate with at least 4 years of experience to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with employment and general litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. Responsibilities
Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings Drafting and arguing motions Taking and defending depositions Contributing to labor and employment law matters and broader litigation work as appropriate Qualifications
Must be admitted in California Minimum 4 years of employment litigation experience (or related general litigation experience) Excellent academic credentials Strong writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team How to apply
