As an HCM Strategic Implementation Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects for our clients, ensuring seamless transitions to new HCM systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, deep knowledge of HCM platforms, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities
Lead White Glove Implementations: Manage the full lifecycle of HCM implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations. Strategic Guidance: Provide expert-level strategic advice to clients on best practices for optimizing their HCM systems. Vendor Collaboration: Partner with leading HCM providers like Paylocity and Paycor to deliver seamless integrations. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing proactive communication. Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timelines, data accuracy, and deliverables are met. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and tools for efficient and effective implementations. Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in HCM implementations or related roles, preferably with Paylocity, Paycor, or similar platforms. Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to think critically and develop tailored solutions for diverse client needs. Technical Skills: Familiarity with HCM systems, data migration, and process optimization. Client Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service. Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. What We Offer
