Optimize RNA biochemical assays to digest mRNA to evaluate 5’ Cap structure and generate high quality LC-MS data (MS1 and MS2).

Test optimized RNA digestion and LC-MS protocols on commercially available mRNA and in-house produced mRNA payloads.

Review and process complex LC-MS data using workflows (e.g., BioPharma Finder); interpret results, build data visualizations, and communicate results to the team.

Train team members on sample preparation, LC-MS data generation/analysis, and troubleshooting RNA LC-MS analysis.

Perform sample testing for lipid raw materials, protein ligands, and LNP formulations.

Present findings to the GEnD team and disease project team to inform decision making and next steps.

Maintain LC-MS instruments and order reagents and supplies as needed.

Maintain and document records of all experiments, including methods and results, in electronic laboratory notebooks.
