This position, which is fully on-site and part of the cabinet, reports directly to the President. As the Vice President for Student Life and Dean, you will: Shape and implement student services and programs that foster growth and engagement. Oversee residential life, student conduct, and initiatives that promote a safe and inclusive environment. Mentor staff to build a trusting and service-oriented culture. Engage consistently with students to understand their needs and enhance their university experience.
