As a Customer Service Associate, you will: Provide outstanding service to customers both in-store and over the phone. Build productive relationships with retail and wholesale customers. Process sales transactions accurately in line with company policies. Stay informed about product features and enhance store presentation. Utilize your knowledge to suggest improvements for sales. Participate in inventory control and help maintain a tidy, stocked store environment. The location for this position is Store #3991, situated at 14451 Edgewood Dr., Baxter, MN 56425.
