Own the hunt and the close. Lead the full sales cycle for a well-established Tier-1/Tier-2 precision machining supplier—opening doors, running technical/commercial reviews, and coming back with awarded business (not just RFQs). You’ll have autonomy, executive access, and a tight partnership with engineering and operations. Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across automotive and non-auto markets. Sync closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to align feasibility, cost, timing, and launch plans. Bring back market intel and deal progress with crisp reporting. What you’ll bring
