$110,000 – $150,000 + Bonus A growing aesthetics and wellness organization is seeking a passionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP, NP, or PA) with cosmetic injector experience to join its Naples Park, FL location. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a luxury market with high patient demand, working alongside a talented team in a supportive, growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of injector experience, a strong understanding of facial aesthetics, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities
Perform consultations with new and existing patients to understand their aesthetic goals and build lasting relationships. Administer injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, and more) with precision, artistry, and safety. Educate patients on products, procedures, and post-treatment care to ensure informed decisions and outstanding results. Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Mentor new team members and foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless patient experiences. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and complete required continuing education for licensure. Participate in marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach. Consistently meet personal and clinic performance goals. Required Qualifications
Active ARNP, NP, or PA license in the state of Florida. Minimum 2 years of cosmetic injector experience in a MedSpa, aesthetics, or plastic surgery setting. HIPAA and OSHA certifications. Proficiency in injectables, lasers, skin tightening, micro-needling, body contouring, and related treatments. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong product knowledge and understanding of aesthetic treatment protocols. Behavioral Characteristics
