We’re looking for a passionate, experienced injector with an Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP, PA, NP) license to join our team. If you’re ready to advance your skills in a supportive, growing company, we want to hear from you! Primary Job Responsibilities
Perform consultations with new and existing patients, understanding their aesthetic goals to foster repeat clientele and referrals Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, and more) with precision and artistry Educate patients on products and services to support informed decisions and exceptional outcomes Maintain pristine treatment rooms and follow safety/sanitation standards; complete daily cleaning checklist Mentor new team members to promote growth, development, and engagement Collaborate with the wider team to deliver seamless, best-class experiences Attend staff meetings and in-house training; commit to ongoing continuing education and appropriate state licensure Participate in planning, execution, marketing, and special events Maintain a positive and professional attitude Set and achieve goals and targets Desired Qualifications
Valid Medical License Valid HIPAA and OSHA certifications Special skills/certifications: Injectables, Lasers, IPL, Skin Tightening, Micro-needling, body contouring, etc. Experience with MedSpa injectables and laser services Excellent communication skills Good organizational skills and follow-through Passionate about the spa industry Strong product and technical knowledge such as skin analysis and treatment application Driven and self-motivated Behavioral Characteristics
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Cheerful, upbeat, and professional demeanor Flexible, cooperative, and composed under pressure Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments Committed to continuous learning and professional growth Confident team player dedicated to supporting and inspiring others Job Type
