Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand aesthetic goals and build long-term client relationships Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care Educate patients on products, services, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards Collaborate with team members to create best-in-class client experiences Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and marketing events Mentor newer team members and contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture Set and meet performance goals for treatment outcomes and client satisfaction Qualifications
Valid NP, PA, or ARNP license (required) 2+ years of hands-on experience with injectables (neurotoxins, fillers) in a MedSpa or aesthetic clinic OSHA and HIPAA certified (or willingness to obtain) Experience with lasers, microneedling, body contouring, or skin tightening a strong plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about aesthetics, safety, and continuing education Behavioral Traits
