In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Lead and develop store staff to ensure store success and adherence to company policies and standards. Participate in an 8 or more week store leadership training program to prepare for success. High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified ADA & Workplace
Work areas may be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Employees should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal communication and adaptability are required to manage changing priorities and conflicts. Company Values
