Establish and/or update configuration management program plans in accordance with L3Harris policy, HWCM procedures, and contractual requirements. Analyze proposed product design changes to determine their effect on the overall system. Perform regular configuration audits on established baselines. Authorize the release of product related documentation, such as drawings, part lists, specifications, statements of work, technical notes and subsequent changes requested by Engineering. Lead in multi-discipline teams on various assignments. Prepare Configuration Management cost plans for task orders and proposals. Ensure contract deliverables are provided to the customer on time, adhere to contract requirements, and are of high quality. Assist program team members in documentation formatting requirements. Adhering to internal standards ensure correct and complete markings on all documentation. Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance is required. Preferred Additional Skills

Knowledge of EIA-649B Configuration Management Principles as they apply to both Hardware and Software. Active Security Clearance Advanced knowledge with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, preferably PTC Windchill. Experience working in a fast-paced continuous change engineering environment. Experience in COTS integration environments. Industry experience in a Configuration Management role. Experience working with Mechanical, Electrical, System, and Software Engineers. Knowledge of Engineering Drawings, Mil-STD-100 and ANSI Y14.100. Equal Opportunity and Security
