Lead the mechanical department, managing a team of 4 engineers/designers Oversee HVAC system design including cooling towers, VRF systems, and smoke control systems Conduct QA/QC reviews, calculations, and technical oversight of all deliverables Collaborate with clients, attend coordination meetings, and conduct site visits The Candidate
High level of mechanical engineering experience, ideally in high-rise residential or Multifamily projects Strong knowledge of building codes and HVAC design principles Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD (Revit preferred) Seniority level
