Instrumentation & Controls/SCADA Project Manager – Jacobs Base pay range: $125,500.00/yr - $219,500.00/yr At Jacobs, we solve the world’s most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, and mission-critical outcomes. This role focuses on managing Instrumentation & Control (I&C) / Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system implementation projects in the drinking water and wastewater sectors, primarily in the Northwest, with opportunities to oversee design-build (DB) and design-build-operate (DBO) projects where I&C/SCADA work is performed by Jacobs staff. Responsibilities

Provide project management services for I&C/SCADA system implementation projects in the drinking water and wastewater industries. Manage regional I&C/SCADA projects across the Northwest, including master planning, design, and SCADA software programming. Potentially manage DB and DBO projects, including material procurement and detailed control panel design performed by Jacobs staff. Prepare scope and project fees for contracting; assign project resources with staff managers; approve material and subcontractor invoices; prepare monthly client invoices; track changes; and manage delivery to meet scope, schedule, and budget. Supervise staff across multiple Jacobs offices and locations as needed. Support innovative solutions to water/wastewater challenges for local and global clients. Travel as required and accommodate telework with periodic in-office time for coordination and relationship-building. Qualifications

8 years of direct project management experience delivering instrumentation and control system implementation projects with values over $50,000. Experience with project management tools (schedules, risk registers, change logs). Basic understanding of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Experience with: Allen-Bradley ControlLogix & CompactLogix PLCs; Rockwell FactoryTalk, Wonderware System Platform, and/or Wonderware InTouch HMI; Ethernet networks (fiber optic and CAT-6); OT systems (virtual servers, ring networks); instrument calibration and commissioning; control panel design and fabrication; design-build project delivery. Experience in the drinking water and/or wastewater industries; experience working for a control system integrator. Ability to manage teams across multiple remote locations. Ideal additional qualifications PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Active professional engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain. Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. 5–15 years of instrumentation and control design or software delivery experience. Benefits

The base salary range is $125,500.00 to $219,500.00. Within the range, pay is determined by location, skills, experience, and education/training.
