The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects thousands of students with online HESI tutors nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—all from home. Responsibilities
Tutor online one-on-one with students using the Live Learning Platform. Provide personalized instruction and adapt to different learning styles. Leverage AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions (instructional support, lesson generation, engagement features). Invoice for tutoring sessions; platform handles payments and logistics. Qualifications
Strong communication skills and engaging teaching style. Expertise in HESI and ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring/teaching experience and graduate-level education. Compensation and Schedule
Base contract rates start at $18/hour, with increases for specialized subjects; pay can reach up to $40/hour with same student. Paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice. Set your own hours; tutor as much as you’d like. Remote work; no commuting. About Varsity Tutors
