Overview
The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform offers online HESI tutoring to students nationally. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make an impact on students’ learning journeys—from home. Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring for HESI subjects. Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required. Personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time and focus on teaching. Invoice for tutoring sessions; we handle payments and logistics. Compensation and Benefits
Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects, with potential to reach up to $40/hour with the same student. Get paid up to twice per week. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. What We Look For In a Tutor
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in HESI and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Preference given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education. Ways To Connect With Students
