experienced Senior Attorney for their Corporate Law Team . This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 10+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions. The role offers a chance to work with top-tier clients on high-profile deals, while enjoying a high level of autonomy and direct client interaction.
Senior Attorney (M&A & Corporate Transactions)
Location:
NYC | Hybrid
Compensation:
$470K+ (Based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and advise corporate clients and private equity funds on M&A transactions, minority investments, dispositions, and general corporate matters.
Draft, negotiate, and execute complex transaction documents, ensuring alignment with client goals and market standards.
Manage large-scale transactions independently, from start to finish, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic client relationships, driving business development and new opportunities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates, fostering growth and development within the team.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance, corporate structure, and market trends, delivering valuable insights.
Ideal Candidate
10+ years of experience in corporate law, specializing in M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions.
Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, such as purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
Proven track record of managing M&A deals and private equity transactions with minimal supervision.
Strong business development skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to handle high-value, complex transactions with a high degree of autonomy and client interaction.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.
Competitive salary between $470K - $550K (negotiable based on experience and qualifications) + Performance-Based Bonuses
