Eckert Seamans . Eckert Seamans, a national, full-service AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a motivated Associate to join the Commercial Litigation team in our Princeton, New Jersey office. This position offers a competitive salary and exceptional experience working with our attorneys and clients on various litigation and business dispute resolution matters, including contracts, professional liability, premises liability, products liability, and construction. The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of litigation, including conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and preparing substantive motions in New Jersey & Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Responsibilities
Handle various commercial litigation matters with a focus on contracts, professional liability, premises liability, products liability, and construction. Engage in all phases of litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, and preparation of substantive motions in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Manage a variety of active matters independently with strong organizational and communication skills. Qualifications
Four (4) to six (6) years of commercial litigation experience Excellent academic credentials Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently Court and deposition experience strongly preferred New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar admission required Benefits
