Interact with clients while managing a busy case load Draft pleadings, discovery demands, perform legal research, answer complaints and draft dispositive motions Conduct depositions, argue motions and attend court hearings and trials Responsible for the day-to-day handling of cases filed within Illinois as well as help oversee national client accounts Required Experience / Qualifications
Solid and proven litigation experience Candidate should be organized, efficient and have excellent research and writing skills Ability to multitask, analyze complex issues, and communicate effectively Substantive familiarity with the rules and procedures of the Illinois' courts Must be willing to work independently and manage paralegals and legal assistants Must be licensed to practice in Illinois Being licensed in Indiana or Wisconsin is a plus Compensation and Employment Details
Attorney compensation ranges from
$130,000
to
$170,000
annually. Salary is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other job-related factors permitted by law. Includes competitive salary, annual performance-based raises, discretionary bonus and benefits package. 1920-hour requirement. Will consider hybrid work arrangements for well-qualified candidates.
