This is an Executive Assistant role where mastery of calendar management becomes the linchpin of daily operations. You will interact with internal Anduril leaders and employees and serve as a critical point of contact for customers, vendors, and external executives. Your ability to keep things running and deconflict requests makes you an important part of the team’s success.
What You’ll Do
Calendar Management: Provide comprehensive calendar support to 2-3 VP/GM level executives; manage complex schedules; coordinate internal and external meetings; plan executive domestic and international travel.
Comms: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the VPs; interpret information to close gaps between stakeholders; handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with essential stakeholders; demonstrate grace under pressure and sound judgment; provide backup support to other assistants; some domestic travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interface professionally with high-level executives, clients, employees, and business associates.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and manage priorities while delivering high-quality results.
Curiosity and desire to understand company goals; experience supporting multiple executives; experience coordinating domestic and international travel; proficient in scheduling across multiple time zones; strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment; attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with end-to-end project management; ability to think outside the box and adapt communications to context.
Department of Defense contractor experience or tech start-up experience.
Salary and Benefits
US Salary Range: $70,000—$105,000 USD
The salary range is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors. Anduril offers competitive equity grants and a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability coverage, PTO, caregiver and wellness leave, family planning support, mental health resources, professional development stipends, and other work-life benefits. Relocation assistance may be available based on role eligibility. 401(k) retirement savings plan (US roles only).
