Our law firm client seeks an experienced
Employment Law Paralegal
with strong knowledge of
PAGA
and
wage & hour
matters to join their team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all aspects of case management, from intake through resolution, with a focus on discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence.
Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings.
Assist with fact investigations, client communication, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research related to PAGA and wage & hour claims.
Organize and summarize large volumes of employment records and data.
Qualifications
2+ years of paralegal experience in
employment law litigation .
Hands-on experience with
PAGA actions
and
wage & hour claims .
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Paralegal certificate preferred.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between
$70,000 – $110,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
