You have at least three to four years of law firm experience with intellectual property matters, including copyright litigation. Your experience also includes litigation with regards to technology and being conversant with the intersection between technology and copyright law. You have a formal technical background and have strong academic credentials in law school and undergraduate coursework. You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters. You also have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and have sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters. You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing. About MoFo
