HR Employee Relations Consultant Sr.
will be the primary point of contact for associates and management on associate relations issues, including but not limited to investigations, agency charges (EEO, DOL), employment litigation, associate complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance, and other issues.
How you will make an impact:
Provides advice, guidance, coaching, and training to associates and managers based on policies and legal consultation, in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Conducts investigations, including managing witness lists, formulating questions, analyzing credibility, researching related records as needed, and maintaining written records of the investigation.
Debriefs leaders at all levels and HR Business Partners on findings.
Oversees internal investigations of associate complaints and serves as a liaison to Legal on associate relations matters.
Partners regularly with Ethics and Compliance on crossover investigations.
Collaborates with AR leadership and HRBP for requests related to transition agreements during separation/termination, using advanced communication skills with all levels of associates.
Develops and provides periodic associate relations analytics and analyzes trends to determine action plans.
Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred.
Workday or similar HCM experience preferred.
ServiceNow experience preferred.
Fortune/large company experience preferred.
For candidates, the salary range for this position is $69,616 to $120,912.
