The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy of professional services, managing a team of project and delivery specialists, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. This role is highly customer-facing, requiring interaction with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, with a focus on overall customer success.
