In this key role, you will define and implement the strategy for professional services, lead a dedicated team of project and delivery specialists, and cultivate a culture centered on continuous improvement and professional development. Your role will involve significant interaction with stakeholders across all levels, prioritizing overall customer satisfaction. You will also lead a professional services sales team, strategically planning and executing sales initiatives while aligning them with business goals and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in delivering and selling consulting services, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and maintaining forecast accuracy. Strong experience in consulting or enterprise software implementation, particularly in driving business and operational changes, will be highly regarded. You should have extensive people management and team development experience, coupled with outstanding customer relationship management skills. As a strategic thinker and mentor, you will guide professional services teams effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential to engage and influence stakeholders across the organization. Experience in enterprise-level project management, including SOWs, contract management, and risk management, is a critical requirement.
