Overview
Executive Assistant to CEO
Our client, a non-profit organization is currently searching for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO and President. This is full-time, permanent role, and requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to shift priorities as needed.
Compensation Compensation : $90-100K*
*these salary numbers are not guaranteed, and take into account experience level, qualifications, and internal equity – potential offer may be outside of this range
Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO/President’s calendar for internal and external meetings
Correspond with stakeholders, Board of Directors, and community leaders, serving as a gatekeeper when necessary
Prepare material and collateral for meetings
Proofread, edit, and write on behalf of the CEO/President
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a C-level executive, 7+ minimum years of general administrative experience
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Experience working with a Board of Directors, and program management
