Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across all departments: Sales, Manufacturing, and Accounting Manage plant operations: extrusion, production planning, quality, and logistics Drive business growth through customer engagement and market development Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and safety Qualifications
7–10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing Background in extrusion or high-performance plastics is a must. Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering results Strong grasp of financial management and operational KPIs Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus) Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing tools.
