About the Job As Skin Pharm continues to scale with intention, we are seeking a
Sr. Director of Operations & Training
to build the infrastructure, systems, and people programs that power our clinics and teams. This leader will own both operational excellence and training strategy—ensuring clinics run efficiently, teams are empowered with the right tools and education, and the Skin Pharm experience is consistently elevated across every location.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close partnership with Regional Managers, Practice Managers, Training, People, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate brings a balance of operational rigor, a passion for people development, and the ability to scale systems in a fast-growing, multi-unit environment.

Operational Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement systems, workflows, and SOPs that drive clinic and organizational efficiency
Lead initiatives to improve productivity, communication, and alignment across teams
Build and manage KPIs and dashboards that track business performance at the clinic and organizational level
Support new clinic launches through timeline development, systems setup, and operational readiness
Training Strategy & Development
Design and maintain a comprehensive, role-based training framework for clinical and corporate teams
Own onboarding and continuous education pathways for Providers, Practice Managers, Client Coordinators, and HQ roles
Champion a culture of learning and development, embedding training into the core of Skin Pharm’s growth strategy
Learning Systems & Enablement
Select, implement, and oversee a Learning Management System (LMS) to support online and in-person learning
Ensure training content is engaging, accessible, role-specific, and aligned with Skin Pharm’s clinical and brand standards
Create internal communication and knowledge management tools to ensure alignment and adoption
Clinic Excellence & Performance
Collaborate with Regional Managers and Practice Managers to support clinic performance and team accountability
Build a scalable training support model for clinic openings and ongoing performance (30/60/90-day touchpoints, refreshers, audits)
Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify operational and training gaps, unlocking opportunities for growth and consistency
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with leadership and department heads to ensure seamless handoffs between Ops, People, Brand, and Clinical teams
Act as a strategic partner in innovation—supporting new service launches and process rollouts
Serve as the key point of contact for company-wide operational updates, policies, and training initiatives
About You Qualifications
10+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, training, or education—ideally in healthcare, medspa, hospitality, or consumer services
Proven track record of scaling operational systems and designing training for diverse roles across functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluency in business and performance metrics
Strategic thinker with instructional design expertise and operational acumen
Exceptional communication and organizational skills; able to make complex ideas simple and actionable
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-growth environments, and competing priorities
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
