Overview
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced senior-level Information Technology Enterprise Architect to support the IT infrastructure of a large-scale government enterprise. The ideal applicant should demonstrate knowledge and experience in organization processes and procedures specific to PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI. The applicant will also be tasked with collecting information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment. Base pay range

The IT Enterprise Architect position requires knowledge, experience, and abilities to broadly understand an organization’s various technologies and to collaborate with leaders to collect information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and professional maturity and senior-level IT competency. Excellent oral and written communication abilities and knowledge and experience in PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI are desirable. Provide a holistic enterprise view using EA frameworks (e.g., Zachman, TOGAF) for system owners, planners, designers, developers, and subcontractors, considering budget constraints. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Windows desktop applications, remote access, SQL Server, VMware, SAN storage, Cloud as a service, Broadworks, Polycom, BlackBerry, Apple iOS, information security, wireless technologies, system networking, etc. Understanding and utilization of ITIL, PMI, Agile, Configuration and Change controls. Provide technical engineering practices recommendations, advice, and enhancements from prior successful system integrations.
