As a Senior Sustainment Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. This is a chance to influence a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review maintenance and sustainment contracts and project costs for client Navy platforms, and assist with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and Power-Bi applications, engaging regularly with system stakeholders, SMEs, schedulers, and project analysts. 8+ years of experience with Project Management, Program Management, or Product Support Management within DoD or NAVSEA Program Offices 2+ years of experience in New Construction or Shipbuilding PM support Knowledge of Integrated Product Support ( IPS ) Elements and Federal Acquisition processes Knowledge of military or commer cia l Unmanned Systems Ability to develop senior IPS or PM products and e nga ge with and brief senior leadership on those products Bachelor's degree in a Program Management, Acquisition, or Business field Nice If You Have
Experience with Unmanned Maritime System ( UMS ) Acquisition or UMS Sustainment Management Knowledge of Unmanned Maritime Systems Master's degree in Program Management, Acquisition, Business, or a related field PMP or SCRUM Certification Clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
