Sustainment Manager, Senior
As a Senior Sustainment Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a seasoned Senior Sustainment Manager, who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
As a leader on our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Navy clients and organizational Department of Defense system sustainment strategies. You'll work with key stakeholders to review maintenance and sustainment contracts and project costs for client Navy platforms. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and Power BI applications, making regular interactions with system stakeholders, SMEs, schedulers, and project analysts.

You Have
8+ years of experience with Project Management, Program Management, or Product Support Management within DoD or NAVSEA Program Offices
2+ years of experience in New Construction or Shipbuilding PM support
Knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements and Federal Acquisition processes
Knowledge of military or commercial Unmanned Systems
Ability to develop senior IPS or PM products and engage with and brief senior leadership on those products
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Program Management, Acquisition, or Business field
Nice If You Have
Experience with Unmanned Maritime System (UMS) Acquisition or UMS Sustainment Management
Knowledge of Unmanned Maritime Systems
Master's degree in Program Management, Acquisition, Business, or a related field
PMP or SCRUM Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
